The Perry County Public Library has been designed to meet
The U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System®. Upon completion, the Perry County project will become only the second LEED certified library in the state of Kentucky.
