The First Street Family Courts in Richmond, Kentucky is an urban renewal project intended to rejuvenate one of the most historical streets of downtown Richmond. The structure brings to life the historic First Street facade while providing a state-of-the-art, 19,000 square foot facility for the Family Court System.
