The Perry County Public Library has been designed to meet the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Leader-ship in Energy and Environ-mental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System®. Upon completion, the Perry County project will become only the second LEED certified library in the state of Kentucky.
